Top Coat Option

Used to protect and prolong the life of the floor. Available in a wide range of finishes, pigmented or clear, epoxy and urethane formulations.

Stonkote HT4 – 100% solid gloss epoxy coating providing outstanding protection from wide range of chemicals. Stonkote HT4 is also used to recoat on stonclad epoxy indusrail floor as maintenance program

Stonkote AT5 – 100% solid conductive or dissipative epoxy coating system.

Stonseal UT7 – pigmented gloss urethane sealer. Stonseal UT7 is also used to recoat on stoncald urethane industrial floor as maintenance program

Stonseal GS6 – aliphatic polyurethane coating designed to increase stain and abrasion resistance. Stonseal GS6 can be used over Stonkote HT4 or other stonhard coatings to improve UV resistance. The product is available in gloss, matte and pigmented finishing

Stonseal GS7- water borne, polyurethane coating designed to increase stain and abrasion resistance with lower VOCs. Stonseal GS7 can be used over Stonkote HT4 or other stonhard coatings to improve UV resistance. The product is available in gloss, matte and pigmented finishing

Stonseal CF7 – a two-component, high performance, water based, aliphatic polyurethane coating

Primers

Primer is applied to a properly prepared surface prior to the application of the appropriate Stonhard overlayment to ensure a secure bond between the substrate and the overlayment.

Penetrating Primer – General Service epoxy primer for better adhesion for questionable substrate

ATK Primer – Conductive epoxy primer

ATM Primer – Dissipative epoxy primer

Grouts

For pitching, leveling or patching substrates prior to application of the finished overlayment.

Stonset TG4 –General Service trowelable epoxy grout giving maximum thickness of 12 mm to 25 mm

Stonset TG5 –General Service trowelable epoxy grout giving greater thickness than 25 mm

Stonset TG6 – General Service trowelable urethane grout giving maximum thickness of 12 mm to 25 mm

Stonset TG8 – Trowelable Vinylester grout giving thickness of 12 mm to 25 mm

Stonfil OP2 – Cementitious Latex Osmotic Pressure Barrier grout 3 mm

GMP Cove Bases

Cove bases provide an integral seal at the joint between the floor and the wall. Cove bases can be applied to ensure a clean, hygienic, smooth transition where floors meet walls.

Stonclad GS – Trowelable epoxy mortar

Stonclad HT – Trowelable epoxy mortar with increased chemical resistance

Stonclad UR – Trowelable urethane mortar

Sealants/Membranes

An extensive line of elastomeric coatings, membranes and sealants for joint sealing, waterproofing and high movement applications.

Stonproof ME7 – Urethane waterproofing membrane designed for positive-side moisture barrier or crack bridging isolation layer.

Stonproof CT5 – Epoxy membrane with fiberglass engineering fabric designed exclusively for isolation and dynamic crack.

Moisture Mitigation

Osmotic pressure barrier resistance to prevent floor bubbling caused by moisture from the ground

StonDri MVT – Moisture barrier primer that can be used where moisture vapour from the ground or from new concrete is a concern before the installation of any polymer flooring system.
